WHAT IS PDF?
PDF is a format that is particularly nice for viewing mathematical and technical
documents on the web. PDF has the same ability as postscript
to display exact images of technical documents containing symbols and diagrams,
but PDF files are smaller than their postscript counterparts, so they download much faster.
In addition to being able to print them on your own
printer (provided the author allows you to do so), PDF document are completely searchable.
HOW DO I VIEW A PDF DOCUMENT?
You need to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. Since
this is a popular helper application for most web browsers, there is a good chance
that it may already be installed in your system.
If Adobe's Acrobat Reader is not already installed on your machine you can
